If you decide to let your property long term we at Cyprus Homes for Holidays are confident that with the increased demand for quality properties we will be able to find you reliable tenants, the property will only ever be let according to your conditions
The property will be thoroughly cleaned before the new tenants move in, this cost is paid by you.
Included in the service is a contract prepared for you and a full inventory of all your belongings in the property.
The first months rent is paid as commission by you and there after a charge of 10% of the rent or 30 euros per month (which ever is the lesser) as a management fee.
The tenants also pay 1 months rent as a security deposit which we hold on your behalf.
We will give your tenants a point of contact in case of any issues that might arise and we will liaise with you.
Once a month we collect the rent on your behalf and take our fee. The remaining monies can then be paid into your Cyprus bank account.
We also recommend you maintain the utility bills in your name as changing them over can be expensive. When the bills arrive they are presented to the tenants for payment. Again if you have standing orders set up the monies can be paid into your bank account or we will arrange to pay the bills directly, this ensures you are not left with any unpaid bills at the end of the tenancy.
When the tenants leave we check the property against the inventory and collect monies for any outstanding bills before returning the security deposit.
